General Conditions of Sale (GCS) –

1. Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products and services offered on the site www.alpha-academytrading.com


, operated by Alpha Academy Trading .
By ordering on our site, the customer unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

Alpha Academy Trading offers for sale:

  • Institutional trading training (video content, PDF, quizzes, tools)

  • Transmitted to the customer via a 128GB USB key sent by post

Product visuals are not contractual, but reflect reality as closely as possible.

3. Order

Any order placed on the site constitutes a firm and definitive commitment, subject to payment.
An order confirmation is sent by email after validation.

Alpha Academy Trading reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, non-payment, or suspicious behavior.

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Shipping costs included unless otherwise stated.

Alpha Academy Trading reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the rates in effect at the time of the order.

5. Payment

Payments are made via secure methods offered by Shopify (Shopify Payments, credit card, PayPal, etc.).
No installment payment is currently offered.

The order is considered validated after confirmation of payment.

6. Delivery

USB flash drives are shipped within 3 to 5 working days after payment validation, to the address indicated by the customer.
Alpha Academy Trading declines all responsibility in the event of errors in the contact details provided.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a physical medium (USB key) once delivery has been made and/or the content has been unlocked.

No refund will be made after shipment , except for defective or non-received product.

8. Warranty and after-sales service

In the event of a technical fault or a USB key that is not functional upon receipt, a replacement will be offered free of charge.

9. Liability

Alpha Academy Trading cannot be held responsible for the financial results obtained or not obtained following the use of the training.
The client remains solely responsible for his investment and trading choices.

10. Personal data

The information collected during the order is used only for processing and tracking.

11. Disputes

These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be preferred.
